"Flight is a vital tool in our environmental campaign work. The world is full of opportunities for protecting and restoring the environment. Often, what separates those who seize opportunity from those who watch it pass them by is access - simply being in the right place at the right time. And there's no substitute for an aerial perspective - seeing a critical situation first-hand. Wild Angels uses the power of flight to get the right people to the right place with the speed and efficiency that make their personal involvement possible."

Michael Stewartt, President, Wild Angels

Wild Angels is working on several fronts to end the massive commercial logging operations that continue to destroy our public forests. And, to add financial loss to environmental disaster, these sales of public timber are NOT making money for the treasury, but actually costing us hundreds of millions of dollars every year. That's according to the government's own General Accounting Office and is a well-documented fact.
Clear-cut in
U.S. National Forest
Wild Angels' unique flight capabilities are especially helpful in showing interested people the astonishing extent of logging within national forests. Please note: We're not talking about private lands here - we're referring to public lands - your national forests. We are very pro-business in our approach and invite you to join in this historic campaign to return control of our national forests to the people of this country.

If you believe in fiscal responsibility, please contact the President and your Congressional Representatives today. Ask them to save American jobs by ending commercial logging on America's public lands. Let them know how you feel about them using your tax dollars to subsidize huge, private logging companies that are destroying your public forests.

The iron is hot! Ending commercial logging on public lands will save many more jobs than are eliminated and will help protect our water, soil, wildlife, human lives and private woodlot owners. Now is the time to create and develop win-win solutions that protect these publicly owned resources and to restore the environment.

Dear Senator/Congressman/Bush Administration, It is time for this country to end the wasteful plundering of our public forests by private logging companies. As you know, these logging operations not only cost the owners of these forests (all American citizens) their forests and clean water, but also actually COST taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars every year. It is time to say "Enough"! Please take strong action to support and pass the National Forest Protection and Restoration Act and bring an end to this shameful waste of our natural resources and our hard-earned tax dollars.
